Abandoned car outside 4 The Furlong

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5560215.

The car abandoned outside our house is not ours and does not have a right to be there. Furthermore, it is untaxed and has had a wheel removed "because it popped". If it had truly popped it would have gone to a garage but since it didn't, I suspect it was abandoned to avoid taxation.
