Abandoned Van, x2 flat tires, nobody has been seen to use it.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5566466.

This van has been abandoned since May last year, nobody has come to collect. Nobody in the area recognizes it. Its possible we believe its been left there since contractors were working in the area.
