Dip in the tarmac surface of public footpath causing a potential trip hazard

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5576662.
The footpath leading from Under Knoll to Eckweek Lane (along the side of Ashgrove Cemetery) has a dip approx 1 metre in length located near the litter bin at the Under Knoll end. The person reporting the problem felt that it could be a trip hazard for pedestrians using the path.
