Reported via mobile in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 09:51, Sunday 18 February 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 day, 1 hour, 57 minutes later. Council ref: 5592851.

The tree is on our land, but we don't have a chainsaw, safety equipment or the ability to move it. Are we able to get some help from the Council please? I'm really worried it might slip down on someone walking, as this path is used a lot. It's near the top of the footpath behind Highfields that runs from the cycle path to Westfield

  • This report has been directed to the PROW team in Highways to advise. As the tree is growing from private land it is the landowners responsibility to remove the tree. Please follow the link below for the Arboricultural Association which may be helpful in locating a tree surgeon if you are unable to carry out the works yourself.
