Entrance to Somerdale View
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 13:05, Sunday 18 February 2024
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5593871.
A black BMW, and white taxi (quite probably owned by the same person), consistently parks on double-yellow lines to the entrance to Somerdale View. The car tears up the green verge, and makes it very difficult to enter/exit the cul-de-sac, especially for delivery vans. I've reported this several times over the past two years, but nothing seems to change. Please can these cars be ticketed to prevented this persistent problem?

Hi, the black BMW in question is parked there at this moment. It alternates between the black BMW and the white taxi. It is rarely any other cars apart from those.

Hi, thanks for sorting out the persistent parking on the double-yellow lines. The ticketing has defintely worked! However, a small blue Renault Clio is constantly parking there too now, making access to the road difficult. The grass verge also gets very muddy because the tyres tear it up.
Can you please look into this? I believe it is the car of one of the employees at the car wash.
