Parked van causing blind spot around corner of junction
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5595180.
The van has been parked there for approx 2 weeks. It is causing a dangerous blind spot as drivers can’t see around it as they are turning either left or right at the top of Faulkland Road onto Melcombe Road. As it hasn’t been moved for a while I wanted to report it to see if the owner can be located and asked to move it to a safer space, or it could also be an abandoned van. I understand that it’s parked in a space, but the position and height of the van blocks the view of the corner to see of cars are on melcombe road and approaching drivers pulling out of Faulkland Road.
