Damage to underground culvert causing surface water to come up out of the ground

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5608600.

This fracture is situated outside Manor Farm, Queen Charlton in Queen Charlton Lane. The water is bubbling up out if the road surface. The water flow is flooding Queen Charlton lane in the centre of the village. This has a potential to flood property to the west of QC lane. This situation has been in evidence for about 6 weeks.
