Audi Parked continuously with blue badge

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5613258.

There is a silver Audi that is continuously parked in this location with a blue disabled badge, we have observed the owner of the vehicle changing the blue badge every three hours which I believe is against the policy of disabled badges. Not only is this car parked here reducing Pixash Lane to a single lane, but we have had a number of occasions where accidents have nearly happened due to the car being parked on double yellow lines.
