Bus stop light issue

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5638419.

LED light intermittent fault, is unstable and strobes when it manages to light at all.

    Dear Council

    This building has been empty for a long time and for two years windows have been not cleaned or wiped. But now it is broken and boxes of fast food been thrown into it.

    It is main tourist street of Bath opposite Sally Lunns and it just looks so bad.

    Could someone pls do something.
