Street light out on Dartmouth Walk, Keynsham
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5641720.
On of the steeet lights on Dartmouth Walk, Keynsham (outside number 14) has been out for weeks now, if not longer. The photo I've shared was taken from my bedroom (number 15) and looks directly at the light showing it is not working. This has left the busy walk unlit in this section, and there is often dog mess around there. Could someone please fix it.

Sorry for the delayed reply.
I'm not sure how your team have established the light is "switched on okay", it is most definitely not coming on in the night.
Please find attached two more photos taken from directly underneath the light, at night. Just to clarify, this is the light directly outside 14 Dartmouth Walk/15a Kenilworth Close.
Please could someone come out again and fix the light, or replace the bulb etc. There's an awful lot of dog mess on Dartmouth Walk and that light being out in the night makes is very hard to avoid it.

Thank you for this information. We can confirm that we have asked our contractors to re-attend to this light. We await their feedback.

We are sorry this light is still not working. There is a power supply issue which has been reported to National Grid and we are waiting their attendance and feedback. We shall add further information here when known.

National Grid advise they have carried out work here and we would be grateful if you can confirm if the light is now working.

We confirm this fault has now been passed to National Grid as it appears it still has no power. We shall add further information here when known and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

National Grid have again confirmed they have completed their repairs here. Please can you confirm if the light is now working.
