Pavement covered in sludge

The pavement on this part of the hill is covered in dead leaves that have turned to sludge, which has become treacherous to walk on as its very slippery. I can’t remember the last time the pavement was cleared it’s very dangerous for the children and adults walking to Radstock.

    Pavement are worse and completely covered in mud. my 8 year old daughter and myself slipped and fell. This is getting very dangerous now and really needs cleaning
