Pavement covered in sludge

Reported via desktop in the Excessive or dangerous littering category anonymously at 15:28, Wednesday 28 February 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 19 minutes later. Council ref: 5645103.

The pavement on this part of the hill is covered in dead leaves that have turned to sludge, which has become treacherous to walk on as its very slippery. I can’t remember the last time the pavement was cleared it’s very dangerous for the children and adults walking to Radstock.
