Insufficient emptying of litter bins in Henrietta Park

Litter bin emptying by the Parks Department has become sporadic (I assume because of insufficient staffing). This litter bin gets heavily used especially at weekends. Missing out 1 day may be fine, but this has been here since the weekend and it's now Friday. I have personally bagged up litter twice as dogs/foxes/gulls spread it out over the park.
