Van has been parked since before Christmas.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5655027.

It causes problems for garage holders to see clearly when trying to enter the road. No one has been to see it, it is MOT'd but that is all we know. No one in the street has such a vehicle. It appears empty and may have been left as I doubt it would pass the clean air zone regulations. Parking being at a premium for all, the sight of non moving/abandoned vehicle is irritating to say the least.

    We have looked into this issue and found that it doesn't meet our criteria for intervention a an abandoned vehicle as it stands at present as it fully road legal.
