Vehicle hasn't moved for 6 months

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5657855.

Vehicle is damaged with flat tyres and rotting - the vehicle hasn't moved in over 6 months and is taking up space other vehicles could use.

    We have looked into this issue and found that it doesn't meet our criteria for intervention as an abandoned vehicle as it stands at present.
