Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5657876.

What is this doing here ?!!!!! Totally inappropriate location and on council land. How is this even allowed. ? Please approach the homeowner and ask him. It offends me. Makes the neighbourhood look avonmouth docks.
