Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5659852.
I just had a knee replacement I could not walk to the garage because of the floor and the car going past splashing the water over the path one of the drains overflow everything time it rains I hope some think get do to that drain it can't cope with the rain water it's been like it since the road was charged.
