Waste and recycling all over pavement and gutters on both sides of this long road. Please clear away. Thank you

    There is often excessive rubbish outside 30 & 31 & 32 Stanley Road West. There is now also a shopping trolley on the street. I am reporting this issue today Tuesday 5th March though I notice it was already reported on Sunday however the problem persists as of today.
