Abandoned Car in Private Car Park

A left hand drive, with a Czech (CH) country sticker has been abandoned within a private car park for over 12 months. The car has number plates removed meaning identification of the owner is impossible through DVLA and the Property Management company are legally not allowed to remove it. The car has had the ignition keys left in the car and there is moss, weeds etc growing in window seal, door trims and boot opening.

  • And the country is incorrect: CH is Switzerland, though this won't get you far tracing the owner without a numberplate.
