Abandoned van, with no tax or MOT since 2022/23

Reported via desktop in the Abandoned Vehicles/Bikes category anonymously at 12:49, Monday 4 March 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5665494.

White Van abandoned in private car park. From checking GOV.uk, the van has not being taxed since Nov 22 and the MOT expired in May 23. The vehicle has flat tyres and has weeds growing around it. The van has been there over 12 months and is blocking numerous spots with a private resident car park, but the management company seem dis-empowered to act due to legal implication, much to the frustration of the residents.
