Extensive flooding from unknown source
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5676784.
There is a steady current of water over much of the road surface that will be treacherous if it freezes. I tried to identify the source but it seems to have multiple sources so I expect an underground burst main. Some is clearly running from the grounds of the MacDonald hotel via a culvert, but some also is coming from the ground further uphill outside Clan House. This may be the reason for the poor road surface reported by another user.
