  • Still open, via questionnaire, 12:01, Thursday 4 April 2024

  • Faulty automated door. Waiting to board the X39 on 05/09/24 at about 1335, the door did not open when the bus was at the stand with driver present. Someone familiar with the bus station opened the door by pressing a button externally, before proceeding to board the bus. I was perhaps fourth in the queue; the door closed abruptly, hitting me on the side of the head. There seemed no sensor to stop the door closing; when I tried to push it open/off me, the door resisted.
