Layby impossible to use due to mud and leaf litter

The lay-by next yo Rainbow Wood Farm entrance has become very difficult to use due to the depth of mud and rotting vegetation. It has reduced the useable section to only about one car length, and getting in and out of the car in any footwear except wellingtons is almost impossible. It is a well used lay-by and please can it be deep cleaned. I pick up the litter there when I can but the mud is making even that impossible.
