This large flood has been blocking the road to walkers for several weeks. Please could it be sorted.

    This road has been blocked for months. Tractors drive through it spreading manure etc. It must be highly polluted now as it smells. I wouldn't let an animal walk through it. Could the environment agency take a look as I think it's a health hazard.
