This tree is on land which is and has been maintained by the council. I feel that my report has been closed incorrectly. I have lived on Staunton Fields since the houses were first built.

  • Thank you for your report. As stated in the response to the earlier report this land and tree is not owned by nor is the responsibility of Bath and NES Council. It is the responsibility of the landowner. As has been explained, an inspector will check the tree and take the appropriate action with regard to the landowner and public safety on the highway.
