Junction of Nutgrove Lane and Battle Lane, Chew Magna

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5785967.

The road here has been flooded up to a foot depth and covering approx 250 sq ft. There are, I think, about 3 connected surface water drains around this area, It appears that the main flagged drain is not taking away any water. The drain cover is not blocked (the usual cause of this problem which is easily resolved by us). Probing the drain it feels like they are silted up and presumably therefore, not working.
