Overgrown trees rear of 37-45 Greenbank Gardens

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5787246.
Trees are overgrown to an excessive hight. Pictures have been taken from ground level, 2nd floor window (approximately 5m from ground level) and 3rd floor window (approximately 8m from ground level).
As you can see from the pictures the trees are now over 10m high in places, overhanging gardens and access to rear of properties. The trees are blocking much needed sunlight from our north facing and already shaded houses and gardens.
When we moved into our house in 2020, we were able to see the church clearly from our kitchen (2nd floor) window. Now we can only just see the church from our top floor (3rd floor) windows and the view is slowly disappearing as the trees grow.
The large Maple tree is also growing increasingly bigger which is the main cause of blocking sunlight. In the spring/summer months when in full leaf it blocks almost all of the sunlight coming into our gardens due to the position of the tree. It also drops its leaves in the winter making the pathway/gardens slippery and muddy during the colder months. Many of us are reliant on this pathway to access our properties.
We love the shelter the trees provide us from the road behind and definitely don't want them to be cut down. They do however need to be reduced and cut back to a more manageable hight so they do not overhang access and block light into our gardens.
I do not just speak for my self on this issue as it affects almost all of our neighbours in Greenbank Gardens that border Crown Road. This has been an ongoing issue for many years and needs to be resolved.
