2 huge potholes next to a farm gate into a field

There are two huge potholes spanning across the whole width of the road, making Green Lane impassable to 2x4 vehicles and delivery vans at this point. To my knowledge it has been impassable since February 2024.

  • Thank you for your enquiry.

    Our highways inspector for the area is aware of the damage that has been caused at this location. Unfortunately, the local authority is unable to do anything while the lane is still flooded. In the meantime uneven road surface warning signs have been put out to warn motorists. The inspector will continue to monitor.
