Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5798193.

This van has been there for weeks. I believe someone is living inside of it. More and more rubbish is appearing around it, people seen washing alongside it. Rubbish is now being blown down the roads as it has piled up outside. Now and again there is someone in the front, but the van is never moved.

  • We have looked into this issue and found that it doesn't meet our criteria for intervention as an abandoned vehicle with people living in it and we cannot deal with it.
