Water flooding the road as a result of soakaways - Southstoke Road

The water is flooding the road as the soakaways are blocked up with silt and debris. Please could the water be cleared and could someone clean the debris from the soakaway? Please could these soakaways be cleaned more frequently to prevent this in future?

Road is currently passable by vehicles, but at its deepest it is probably a foot deep so needs looking into and seems to be getting worse recently as not being cleaned frequently enough
