Broken post and fence at entrance of road by Station House

Please could this fencing and post be repaired? There's approximately 3 feet of chain length fence that the post is attached to. It looks awful and the lack of fencing could damage the hedge. The fence and post are currently moved to the side of the road to prevent an obstruction, and it's important this is looked into because people regularly use this lane to access the station yard.
