Two garden hoses (one black, one orange) have been pushed through holes drilled in the listed "High Pavement" in Sydney Buildings, opposite No. 23 Sydney Buildings.
Reported via mobile in the Flooding of a road or pavement category anonymously at 12:58, Sat 6 April 2024
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5815580.
Both hoses, pushed through the High Pavement, are defacing a Listed Building belonging to the Council, and appear to be draining onto the gutter below. Not only unsightly but a health hazard as no indication of what is draining into the open street. The orange hose has been there some months, the black hose has appeared within the last week.
