Fall - from the central kerb into road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5831380.

Reporting my mums fall which happened today in Keynsham High Street. Fall from the central kerb into the road, into traffic. Injury caused to knee and ankle, hands.
