There is not sufficient room for pushchairs or wheelchairs to get by for this to be a scooter park

A month has passed since the original report and yet the problem persists (attached photo taken this morning). Please note:this scooter park was closed under the previous scheme (when it was run by Voi) on safety grounds. Why has it been reopened by Tier when there is clearly insufficient space?
