Branch broken

This branch has broken off in the high winds. The tree is very weak and the branches are weak. It is wedged in the tree at the moment and is a big branch but if the wind blows certain directions it could quite easily come down so please could someone come and rectify it and also check on the other branches as well, as like I said the tree is very weak as I was told.
