Very tall trees at risk of falling over - Bedford Street

Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category by Bath and North East Somerset Council at 09:44, Friday 12 April 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5842523.

Residents are concerned that due to the height and age of the tree, if any of the branches or the tree fell, then this would cause serious injury or damage to properties/vehicles. This is of particular concern during windy weather.

  • The trees were inspected for their condition in June 2023 which was found to be good. Trees in good condition are not automatically vulnerable to failure just because they are tall.
