Piece of grass/ land messy in front of 30 Beresford Close

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5843338.

During the pandemic with all the deliveries, van used to reverse top turn the van around using this piece of grass/ land. It used to be a very pretty one with snowdrops and crocuses but now it looks not as pretty due to this. Is it possible to tidy it up a bit next time that the council will mown it?
