Untaxed vehicle regularly parking in Perrymead resident parking zone
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5845324.
This has been reported several times. It is not good enough for the Council to simply close reports and take no action. This van is parked in Perrymead NOW and most evenings and mornings. It has no tax and is parked in a residents’ parking zone in Perrymead. How much more information does the Council require to take action?

Thank you for your report. We have looked into this issue and found that it doesn't meet our criteria for intervention under Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978 which is the legislation this department works under. As previously stated this not an abandoned vehicle but a parking issue please report it via e-mail to parking@bathnes.gov.uk. We attended the site again today and again no vehicle there. Please do not report this vehicle again as abandoned unless it does not moved for a significant amount of time. We have now closed your report and so any further comments will not be monitored.
