Solar powered 20mph sign broken

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 days, 20 hours, 4 minutes later. Council ref: 5847362.

This solar powered speed limit warning sign has not been working for a very long time. We have a huge problem with speeding on our street and this needs to be mended ASAP please, or an alternative arranged. Thank you.
