The whole cud-de-sac and lane way for number 48 kelston road

The whole cud-de-sac is disgusting I do pick up the litter after the Recycling team drop it but it’s full of mud in the gutters weeds everywhere it disgusting I have 2 disabled children and we have to brush past big weeds and Detroits/moss everywhere especially in the laneway to the entrance of my house number 48 kelston road we have never seen are road cleaned or even litter picked ever it’s beds a good sweep and weeds removed in the hole cup-de-sac I know most of the time there is lots of cars parked in there but the best time to do this is when people are a work and school as it’s mainly empty then till the afternoon please can you get this sorted other wise I will have no choice to take it further and to the local papers
