Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5855392.

Cars parking in Kingsley Road, today was dustbin collection for this area, unfortunately two cars were positioned for parking opposite each other, the result was no dustbin collection van was able to negotiate getting through because of the two cars parked on opposite sides of the road. What is going to happen if a fire engine or ambulance was called to Kingsley Road they couldIt get through. This is an ongoing problem with cars parking on the road all day very often causing problems.
