Bath Local, 43 Monmouth Street, Bath, BA1 2AN

Reported via desktop in the Road sign damage category anonymously at 09:59, Wednesday 17 April 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5863376.

Good morning,

I hope this finds you well.

As you may know, we act on behalf of Sainsbury’s Argos Group as occupier manager. We have been informed by the above store that they are having a reoccurring issue with cars parking overnight in their delivery bay are. This causes the delivery trucks problems, as they are unable to park in their designated spot, and the store is having direct impact on the business as they are unable to properly unload the products. The area is clearly signposted with a "Goods vehicles loading only" sign. The store has suggested that repainting the old one and placing more signage could help the problem.

Could you please kindly investigate the issue?

Thank you in advance.

Kind Regards, Luca Viktoria Varju Sainsbury’s Argos Estate Helpdesk Portfolio Service Centre, Budapest Global Occupier Services Helpdesk: 00 44 (0)203 936 1519 Czuczor street 2-10. Studium Office Building, 3rd floor | Budapest, 1093 | Hungary Facebook I Linkedin I Twitter I YouTube
