Rubbish all over pavements and road after rubbish collection

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5869241.

Rubbish collection today, but paper and other rubbish has spread around the pavement and road either from gulls or the wind and has not been cleared up - a street clean visit would be v appreciated

  • Nothing happened and no response from the Council - so I went out and cleared it up myself. What's the point in paying Council Tax ?
