This large vehicle is blocking the pavement everyday. The owner has dug up the grass verge and replaced it with patio slabs. The owner is constantly repairing vehicles on the pavement, which makes you feel awkward having to squeeze past him, most people have to walk in the road. On one occasion I nearly ran over a lady, who ran onto the road, as she couldn't get past the vehicle.
