We are sorry you are experiencing issues with glare from the light outside your house.
If your house is behind the light we can arrange for a shield to be fitted to the back of the lantern which will help.
We shall instruct our contractors to attend to light 004. If you house is not behind the light please add a note here to confirm as soon as possible.

Hi - i am a couple of doors down and the light from the side is way too bright - making it hard to see anything but the light itself - if you want perhaps just shield the side that blasts all the way down the road or turn it down altogether - it seems much brighter than the other lights and seems to have a different physical design to them. many thanks

Thank you for this information. We confirm we have requested our contractors to fit a rear shield but the design of these shields is u shaped, like half a square, so should also provide some shielding to the side which we hope helps.
