Mud and moss on pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5878649.

On the location opposite the water treatment works, the pavement needs cleaning as half of it is covered in a layer of mud and moss where it is in the shade of the wall. Has been like this since we moved to the address in August 2023.
