Dangerous gate for horses to get through - near Prospect Stile

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 08:43, Thu 2 May 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 months, 4 days, 23 hours, 3 minutes later. Council ref: 5924029.

Dangerous gate for horses to get through - near Prospect Stile

The gate only opens one way, but there's also a water pipe above the level of the ground which should take water underneath the bridleway which is now on top of the bridleway so the horse has to try and scrabble over this several times in order to open and close the gate. Please could you take a look into fixing these problems as currently this is a danger to horses as they could get their hoofs stuck in the metal and rip their hoof off.
