Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5945812.

Langfords Lane between Rose Cottage & Rose Deane the lane is flooded & covered in deep mud for approx. 22 Meters, You cannot walk along the lane unless you are wearing wellington boots.
