Poor temporary traffic light timings

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 23 hours, 42 minutes later. Council ref: 5962411.

Can someone please explain, why it took over 20 mins to get through the non-working road workings yesterday, (Saturday 11th May)? Totally unacceptable - please follow up this complaint with who ever is responsible for the times settings on the temp. traffic lights. Thank you.
