Bench dangerous to sit on

This bench just past the duck pond in the wooded area by the river in Keynshsm memorial park has nasty screws sticking up and a missing plank. It has been like this for at least a year. This is a popular area to sit. It is needed to enjoy the park.

    This bench in memorial park near the duck pond has not been fixed after a year and two fix my street reports. Not sure what to do next to get it fixed. I do litter picking and a bit of path clearing myself but fixing this heavy bench needs a decent carpenter.
