Has this now been cut back? I'm extremely concerned because there is an area of vegetation which has been harshly cut back and seems to have exposed an old asbestos building in poor repair on Shepherd's walk. Has asbestos been disturbed by the council when cutting back this area of land (behind Horsecombe Brow).
